At BloomHerbs, we prepare each product with care using natural herbal ingredients. Please read our updated Return & Refund Policy as per our store guidelines.

1. No COD

• We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery.
• All orders must be prepaid.

2. Strictly No Returns

• Due to the nature of our herbal products (soaps, hair oils, shampoos), we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
• Products once delivered cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced.

3. Only Refunds Allowed (Specific Conditions)

Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

• If the product arrives damaged, leaking, or broken.
• If you receive the wrong product.

To process a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

– Clear photos or a video of the damaged product
– Photo of the outer packaging
– Photo of the shipping label

Without valid proof, refunds cannot be initiated.

4. Strictly No Cancellation

• Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
• No refund will be provided for cancellation requests made after payment.

5. Price Details

• Mulethi Soap (100g): ₹120 + ₹75 shipping
• Herbal Hair Oil: ₹250 + ₹75 shipping
• Herbal Shampoo: ₹250 + ₹75 shipping

Shipping charges apply separately for each order.
